Important Notice:
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 1bet100 ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 1bet100 online gaming platform at 1bet100.net. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 1bet100 platform.
1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
"Platform" means the 1bet100 website at 1bet100.net, including all associated web pages, services, applications, and features operated by 1bet100.
"Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player for the purpose of accessing and using the 1bet100 Platform.
"Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the 1bet100 Platform and is accessing or using the services thereon.
"Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on any casino game, live dealer game, sports event, bingo round, or other gaming product offered through the 1bet100 Platform.
"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive-based awards credited to a Player's Account that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
"Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their 1bet100 Account wallet using approved payment methods, held in Philippine Pesos (PHP), distinct from Bonus Funds.
"PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating and licensing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using the 1bet100 Platform would be unlawful, including but not limited to jurisdictions where PAGCOR licensing does not extend and local law prohibits online gambling.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 1bet100 Platform in any capacity — including registering an Account, browsing game pages, depositing funds, or placing any Wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all Players regardless of access method, device type, or geographic location within the Philippines. These Terms shall be read together with the 1bet100 Privacy Policy and the 1bet100 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference herein.
Note for Filipino Players: Use of the 1bet100 Platform is voluntary. If you are uncertain about whether online gambling is legal in your specific location within the Philippines, or if you are concerned about your gambling habits, we encourage you to seek advice before proceeding. 3 Eligibility
Access to and use of the 1bet100 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Age Requirement — 21 Years and Older: In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law, you must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account or place any Wager on the 1bet100 Platform. 1bet100 conducts mandatory age and identity verification on all Accounts. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Wagers will be declared void, and any funds will be returned to the payment source in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 21 years of age and have reached the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction;
- Are accessing the 1bet100 Platform from the Republic of the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted;
- Are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- Are not on any PAGCOR self-exclusion list, national exclusion register, or any other gambling exclusion registry;
- Are acting on your own behalf and are not accessing the Platform as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other individual;
- Have not previously had a 1bet100 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms;
- Are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 1bet100 employee, contractor, or affiliated entity.
4 Account Registration
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the 1bet100 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 1bet100 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate Accounts discovered and to void any associated Wagers or Bonus Funds.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, active email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
- All Account information must match your valid Philippine government-issued identification document;
- Identity verification (KYC) will be required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at 1bet100's discretion;
- Accepted KYC documents include Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilHealth ID, and Postal ID;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds;
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1bet100 login credentials (username and password) and for all activity conducted under your Account.
You must notify 1bet100 immediately via the support contact channel if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1bet100 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using 1bet100's approved payment channels only. The currently supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online.
Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit on 1bet100 is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification level. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to reduced deposit and withdrawal limits until verification is successfully completed.
- Deposits are credited to your 1bet100 Account in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day;
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the 1bet100 FAQ section. GCash withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes for verified Accounts during business hours;
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account. 1bet100 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal;
- The use of payment methods not registered in your name, shared payment accounts, or third-party funding is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension;
- 1bet100 does not accept deposits made with borrowed funds, credit facilities, or funds obtained through unlawful means;
- In the event that a deposit is made in error or through a technical fault, the credited amount may be reversed pending investigation. 1bet100 is not liable for any losses sustained as a result of erroneous deposits.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures apply to all financial transactions on the 1bet100 Platform in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and PAGCOR AML guidelines. 1bet100 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems necessary to investigate.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
1bet100 offers various promotional incentives to its Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer and incorporated into these Terms.
- Bonus Funds are credited separately from your Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn;
- Standard wagering requirements for 1bet100 bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms;
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slot games. Contribution rates are specified per promotion;
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game play intent, is strictly prohibited;
- 1bet100 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse or fraud is detected;
- Bonus offers are available to Players who are 21 years of age or older and who have completed the required Account verification steps. 1bet100 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
7 Betting Rules & Game Play
All casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo rounds, and other gaming products offered on the 1bet100 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or product type. By placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
- All casino game outcomes on the 1bet100 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited under applicable PAGCOR technical standards;
- Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical card dealing, wheel spinning, or other real-world mechanisms conducted in real time by certified live dealers;
- Sports betting odds and markets are set by 1bet100's odds-making team and are subject to change before a Wager is confirmed. Confirmed Wagers are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement;
- Minimum and maximum Wager amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed on each game interface before a Wager is placed;
- Wagers placed after the closure of a betting market or on events where the outcome is already known are void. 1bet100 reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error or as a result of a technical fault;
- In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or settlement, the records maintained by 1bet100's server logs shall be considered the final and definitive record of game play activity.
Players who experience a disconnection during an active game round are advised to contact 1bet100 customer support immediately. In cases of verified disconnection during a live game round, 1bet100 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its technical fault resolution procedures.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviors are expressly prohibited on the 1bet100 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
- Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to do so;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 1bet100;
- Using bots, automated software, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 1bet100 Platform, place Wagers, or exploit game mechanics;
- Colluding with other Players or with 1bet100 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known technical errors will be voided;
- Using the 1bet100 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law including the AMLA;
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools to disguise your true location;
- Allowing or facilitating any underage person to access or use your 1bet100 Account;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward other Players, 1bet100 support staff, or live dealer personnel.
9 Responsible Gaming
1bet100 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in full compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. 1bet100 recognizes that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and the Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity responsibly.
Age Restriction: The 1bet100 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and older. If you are aware of any underage person accessing the Platform, please notify 1bet100 support immediately. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and are accessible directly from Account Settings:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours;
- Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month, beyond which further wagering is paused automatically;
- Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications alert Players when they have been logged in and playing for a set period of time;
- Reality Check: Periodic in-session reminders showing the Player's total wagered, total won/lost, and session duration;
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period of 1 day to 6 weeks. During this period, the Account cannot be used to place Wagers;
- Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently close their 1bet100 Account and request inclusion on the PAGCOR self-exclusion list. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. To reverse a self-exclusion, a minimum 6-month period must elapse and reactivation requires full identity re-verification.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the 1bet100 Platform — including but not limited to the 1bet100 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game software, graphics, text, audio, video, trademarks, and proprietary game mechanics — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1bet100 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any 1bet100 content without prior written authorization from 1bet100;
- You may not use the 1bet100 name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written consent;
- Game software and third-party gaming content available on the 1bet100 Platform is licensed from certified game providers and is subject to those providers' separate intellectual property terms.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1bet100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 1bet100 Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:
- Technical failures, service interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 1bet100's reasonable control;
- Unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
- Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions or payment service providers;
- Any action, omission, or error by a third-party game provider in the delivery of games accessible through the 1bet100 Platform;
- Loss of winnings or data resulting from technical faults where server log records confirm no valid Wager was placed.
Nothing in this section shall limit 1bet100's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 1bet100's negligence to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12 Suspension & Termination
1bet100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or other dishonest activity;
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe;
- Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform;
- Instruction from PAGCOR, a law enforcement authority, or other regulatory body to suspend or close the Account;
- Player-initiated account closure request, including self-exclusion.
Upon Account termination for cause, 1bet100 reserves the right to retain any funds in the Account pending investigation and to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant authorities where required by law. Where an Account is closed by 1bet100 without cause, the Player's Real Money Balance will be returned via the original payment method.
13 Privacy & Data Protection
1bet100 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 1bet100 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
1bet100 is committed to compliance with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and PAGCOR as required by law or regulatory obligation.
14 Amendments to These Terms
1bet100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on the 1bet100 Platform no less than fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the 1bet100 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The current version number and effective date are displayed in the document header and metadata sidebar on this page.
15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The PAGCOR licensing framework and all applicable Philippine gaming regulations take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the use of the 1bet100 Platform, or any Wager placed thereon, you agree to first contact 1bet100's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate courts or regulatory authority in the Philippines.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are not satisfied with the resolution provided by 1bet100 may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels.
